How do you calculate the cost of pest control services?

We calculate costs based on the TOTAL square footage of your property, as listed by the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser's Office (PAPA). Please ensure accurate information, as underreporting may affect service quality and pricing.

What is the initial pest control service fee?

Flat Rate for Heavy Activity: $195 per hour or per 1,500 sq ft

  • Applicable for issues like German roaches, heavy white-footed ants, and big-headed ants.

  • Note: This fee is billed in addition to selected service costs.

Is there a trip charge for pest control services?

Yes, a $29 trip charge is added to all pest control services.

What are the monthly pest control service rates?

Monthly Plan (1,000 sq ft): $10 + $29 trip charge = $39

  • Every Other Month (EOM) Plan (1,000 sq ft): $20 + $29 trip charge = $49

  • EOM costs more due to the additional work required between visits.

Do you offer quarterly pest control services?

No. Quarterly pest control does NOT provide effective results, so we do not offer it.

What is the attic dusting service cost?

  • Attic Dusting (1,000 sq ft): $195

How much do carpenter ant treatments cost?

  • Attic + Plants: $250

  • Requires an after-hours visit at 8 PM to the homeowner's property.

What are the charges for large properties or HOA areas?

  • Large Property Trip Charge (HOA or 1.5 acres): $125

What are the lawn & plant service charges?

  • Trip Charge (under 1 acre): $45

Lawn Treatments (per 1,000 sq ft):

  • Insects: $4

  • Fungus/Grubs: $7 (may need a second application after 15 days)

  • Weed Control: $6

  • Granular Fertilizer: $6

Plant Treatments (per 1,000 sq ft): $3

What are the tree and plant-specific treatment costs?

  • Ficus Tree (avg. height 25'): $150

    • Palm Deep Rooting: Under 10 ft: $39 per tree

    • Over 10 ft: $50 per tree

What’s the cost for spider sweep and pool enclosure treatments?

  • Initial Charge: $150

  • Monthly Service Thereafter: $49

How much does mosquito treatment cost?

  • Per Application (per 1,000 sq ft of land): $5

  • For properties over an acre: Please call our office for custom pricing.

What are your rodent control service fees?

  • Inspection (credit toward job): $150 (based on 2,000 sq ft home)

  • Trapping (per visit): $69

  • Rodent Closing: Varies based on inspection (depends on hole size and location)

  • Most jobs require around 4 visits for inspection, closing, and follow-up.

Do you offer termite services?

Yes, but pricing varies. Please call our office to consult about termite control.

Is there a warranty for pest and lawn treatments?

Yes! All Excellent Environmental Services pest control and lawn treatments come with a 30-day warranty and are priced per application.
